Securely holds a pair of standard 6” EMT shears and CAT Tourniquet

Allows rapid access to both shears and CAT Tourniquet.

Can be worn vertical as standard and horizontally on belt or PALS with additional Onewrap straps (sold separately)

Constructed from Laser cut Laminate Cordura and Multicam Elastic.

Mulitcam Versions used 500D Multicam laminated to 1000D Coyote Brown.
