Quality Process

At Kit Pest we Buy/Sell /Trade both New & Used high end specialised kit and equipment.

Everything we purchase goes through various testing and quality checks to establish it's condition and it is then priced accordingly.



How It Works - Process


If you have any items that you wish to sell, please contact the store for the relevant steps to be taken. Once you have spoken to a member of the team they will tell you what you need to do next. Once the item's have been received in store they will undergo a processing system and graded by our team. We will then contact you regarding the information and go from there.

Our Grading System

Retail (R)

This product is brand new, direct from the manufacturer.

Brand New (BN):

This product is brand new with tags or in original packaging.

Grade 0 (G0)

This product is brand new but without tags or original packaging. The product has been confirmed new and unused.

Grade 1 (G1):

Mint Condition: Item is faultless, used hardly ever or not at all and shows no signs of wear and is as good as new.

Grade 2 (G2):

Excellent Condition: Item is used but has no obvious faults in appearance and in still in excellent condition.

Grade 3 (G3):

Good Condition: Item is used, may show minor signs of wear and tear, such as faded fabric but fully functional and in good condition.

Grade 4 (G4):

Fair Condition: Item is used and has apparent signs of wear, fabric may be weak from time and/or conditions or may have been repaired.

Grade 5 (G5):

Poor Condition: Item has obvious or permanent stains, faults or missing parts and/or is not repairable in its present state. These items are sometimes useful for display, costume, and priced accordingly.
